Keep The Status Quo!

For the past month, I’ve interviewed several female choreographers and artistic directors of ballet companies across the country on the topic of female leadership. Their responses spanned the gamut and were insightful and provocative. However, I’ve come to the conclusion that we have to keep the status quo for the following reasons:

1. Women might get their periods and be too emotionally crazy to direct or choreograph.
