Ballet this, ballet that. Are you sick of reading all these perspectives on ballet and want to see some action? Emily Jones is the dancer for you. She pushes beyond the ballet syllabus and creates her own steps. Her dumBEST move? The Saut-de-tude. A cross between a saut-de-chat (a jump) and an attitude (a bent leg in the air), the saut-de-tude is the perfect step for (not) impressing your teacher, choreographer or fellow dancers. Just throw it into a combination! If you’re lucky you’ll look half as agile as Emily.
