Measure the Music: “Let it Snow!” by Lena Horne

The 46th measure: Let’s light this blog up like Christmas on the Fourth of July!!

July’s fog is like the calming state of the first snow in Colorado… at night.
There is so much detail and subtlety, texture layers itself right before your eyes.

And building inside you is an intensity that is privately yours, withheld from transforming the shape of the outside air.
The fire is so delightful, and as it snowballs toward climax there must be something sturdy, grounded, and rhythmic to steer into.
As a result SPARKS are everywhere, and the air outside is still and calm.
